NAZI TERRORISM
SCANDAL IN GERMANY.
PEOPLE ROUSED TO ANGER.
London, April 4. . Outrage and savagery by the Nazis in German villages are described by German newspapers, which devote columns to confirming facts disclosed by the special correspondent of the Manchester Guardian.
The Reich has been compelled to take notice of the open scandal, and the Minister for Defence, Herr Greener, is discussing the situation with the Brunswick Finance Minister, Herr Kuchental.
The Vossiche Zeitung says that if help is not supplied the populace probably will resort to self-help. The Berliner Tageblatt declares that the Nazis are turning the lives of inhabitants of Kreiensen into a hell.
The calm discipline of the people conceals deep resentment that must explode if the Nazi storm troops are unchecked.
The Manchester Guardian adds that occurrences in Brunswick mark Hitler as one of the terrorist gangster leaders who have disfigured post-war Europe.
