British Official Service. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, April 12. The present strength ox the regular army in the United Kingdom, it was stated in the House of Commons today, is 7506 officers and 99,381 other ranks. The territorial army strength is 65jW officers and 124,330 other ranks. |j
