BOMBING OF TROOP TRAIN
OUTRAGE NEAR HARBIN.
ELEVEN KILLED AND 19 INJURED.

Rec. 10.30 p.m. Tokio, April 13, When approaching Harbin carrying 100 Japanese soldiers, a train was bombed and derailed, falling down an embankment. Eleven were killed and nineteen seriously injured. The culprits have not been discovered.
