METHOD OF CHOOSING PREMIER.
ABSOLUTE MAJORITY NEEDED.

Fear that a minority Nazi Government will rule Prussia in the event of the Socialist Centre Ministry suffering heavy losses at the elections has been averted by the passage of a Bill changing the procedure of the election of the Premier, who selects Cabinet. The Premier henceforth must obtain an absolute majority in the Diet.
