DEFEAT OF FRENCH TEAM. 'Rcc. 7.30 p.m. New York, March 23. The United States won the teams tennis joust with France by three wins to two, when Shields subdued BoussuS by 6—l, 6—4, 10—8 and Borotra defeated Mangin 6—4, 3—6, 6—4, 6—l.
