CLOSER RELATIONS SOUGHT. PRINCE PRESIDES AT MEETING British Official Wireless. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, March 8. The Prince of Wales to-day presided over a meeting to consider further development of the Anglo-Spanish and Spanish-American Tnmt.it,iTte with a view to the inclusion of Brazil within the scope of the institute’s activities. It was decided that it should be known in future as the Ibero-American Institute of Great Britain, and that its function should be to promote a better knowledge, a better acquaintance and closer association between Great Britain and the countries of Ibero-America. On the proposal of the Prince Mr. Philip Guedalla was. appointed honorary director and Brigadier General Sir Arthur Maxwell honorary treasurer of the institute.
