He elected to be tried at the Supreme Court, but it was ascertained that there was no provision for euch an option in the Act under which (Robinson was charged. x 'The magistrate, Mr. T. B. McNeil, adjourned the case till January I'B, and admitted Robinson to bail for £25. '
