IS The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Philip Snowden, announced in the House of Commons that the position of the British Broadcasting Corporation had been reviewed in the light of the financial emergency and the corporation had agreed to an arrangement by which, out of the total revenue from wireless licenses next year (£2,250,000), the public funds would receive £1,000,000.
