ENJOYABLE- WAVERLEY. VISIT.

Hawera Golf Club members journeyed to Waverley during the week-end, when they were beaten by tire local players by six games to four in the return match. The visitors were most hospitably entertained and spent a very: enjoyable day. The following are the details, Hawera players being mentioned first:— Whitehead ■ and Pease beat Parsons and Bradmore.
