EXCLUSION OF MR. J. T. LANG. PROPOSAL BY MR. T. R. BAVIN. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, Aug. 21. In a speech at Cronulla Mr. Bavin advobatted the fornxition of a non-party (Jovernmient from all patties in the House to solve the State’s financial and industrial problems. He was prepared to stand aside or to take any position allotted to him and stipulated that Mr. Lang must not be allowed to be in such a Government. The position was absolutely critical, ho said. "It is unfortunately true,” he said, "that no Government of which Mr. Lang is a member can command the confidence either of this community, of the Loan Council or the outside World.”
