MILITARY MAGAZINE BLOW’S UP.

Rec. 10.30 p.m. Hongkong, Aug. 14. When ten tons of gunpowder blew up in the Portuguese military magazine at Macao yesterday great havoc was wrought among the houses over a wide area. It was revealed to-day that over thirty were ' killed, including Portuguese, Chinese and African soldiery, and several hundreds were injured. The troops flooded the bigger magazines, thus preventing an even greater disaster.
