WEST END BOY SCOUTS
REPORTS OF THE OFFICERS. A meeting of the West End Scouts was held on Thursday, when the following members attended: Miss Mynott, Mesdames Brash, Malcolm ,Charters, Harkness, Scoutmaster Black, assistants Hedges and Warren, and Cubmistress Elliott.
The cubmistress reported that the attendances were respectively 15, 23, 20 and 22. Scoutmaster Black reported attendances of 10, 14, 12 and 7. Scout MacDonald had passed his entertainment proficiency badge, and Scout Mather was preparing for his. Six service stars were needed. Three boys had passed their second class. The boys were steadily preparing for their concert, which would take place in the West End gymnasium in October next. The cubs would also put on an item.
The treasurer reported £7 17s 4d in hand. Miss Mynott and bliss Brash will visit the Cubs, and Messrs. Brunton and Parsons the Scouts for the ensuing month*
