Bylaw No. 21—Relates to Public Billiard Rooms, provides for Licenses and fees therefor, the death or other disability of keeper thereof, the sanitation and hours thereof, the powers of entry thereto, drunkenness, gambling therein, age of persons admitted thereto, exhibiting copy of By-law therein and penalty. Bylaw No. 31—Relates to the prevention of contamination of food during manufacture and sale and provides for Licenses being required for premises used therefor and the conditions under which same will be granted, schedule of fees and penalty. A full copy of the said Joint By-laws is deposited at the Office of each of the County Councils of Taranaki, Clifton, Egmont, Inglewood, Stratford, Whanganiomona, Eltham, Waimate West and Hawera, and is open to inspection of the public during Office hours of each* said respective Council from the date hereof until the date of each such respective Councils confirming Meeting as hereinafter notified.
