HANDICAPS FOR ROAD EVENT’S.; Handicaps have-been declared as follows for the A-grade and B grade cycle •racris to be run .to-day under the aus-i pices, of the New Plymouth League Cyclo Club, The A grade race is from the Waiwakaiho. to Egmbnt Road, and thence to the Junction Road and Inglewood, returning to. Waiwakaiho via Lepperton, a distance of about 27J miles. The B grade race will’ be over 8J miles to the Bell Block aerodrome and back.- These are the second; of a series of six races for cups. Mr. L. El Smith is the handicapper, and the handicaps are:— A. Grade: A. Ellis and Roy Sole ser, T. Haw, C. Tippiris and G. Sole ltniiu.,L.’ Claffcy, J.jWigg 3min., H. Eva and L. Standing 4min. ; B grade: F.' Fitzpatrick and L.' Tuffery. sen., -B.i Sole, G. Thompson, Si Rodgers, W. Lowe Jrnin., H. Cavejieyy R.- Cottam, N. Knight l-liuin., D. Stafford 2min.
