COASTAL MOVEMENTS. Th© Taupata arrived at New Plymouth yesterday with 75 tons of cement. ' (Cock and Co.) The Totara is due at New Plymouth from Lyttelton and Wellington, to-mor-row. From New Plymouth she will return to the same ports. (U.S.S. Co.) The Opihi is scheduled to load at Dunedin to-day for New Plymouth, where she is due on August 1, via way ports. From New Plymouth the vessel will return to Wellington and Dunedin to reload. (U.S.S. Co.). The Kaimiro, from Greymouth via Wellington, is due at New Plymouth about Wednesday with 400 tons of cargo. (U.S.S. Co.). TORT DUNEDIN COMPLETING. It is hoped the Port Dunedin will complete her loading of 18,949 boxes of butter, 4000 crates of cheese and 16,000 freight careases of meat at New Plymouth to-day. The vessel is now scheduled td’leave this evening for Auckland. She is to leave Auckland on Tuesday evening for London, via Panama. OPAWA DUE TO-MORROW. The Union Company advises that the New Zealand Shipping Company’s new motor-ship Opawa is due at New Plymouth from Lyttelton to-morrow to load 9000 carcases of meat. She will complete at Auckland, Gisborne, Napier, Wanganui and Wellington, and is scheduled to clear Wellington on August 12 for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool, and Glasgow, via the Panama Canal.. WAIKAWA’S CARGO. With cargo from Pacific Coast ports, the Union Company’s Waikawa is due at New Plymouth to-morrow from Auckland. She will later proceed to Wellington, Napier, Lyttelton, Melbourne and Sydney to complete unloading cargo. ■ MATAKANA TO LOAD. The Shaw, Savill Company’s vessel Matakana, at present en route from London to Auckland, Wellington and New Plymouth, is to commence her Homeward loading during discharge at New Plymouth about August 6. At New Plymouth she will discharge 660 tops of general cargo from London and load 12,000 freight carcases of moat and 2570 crates of cheese for west coast of England and general cargo for London and west coast ports. She will subsequently complete at Oamaru, Timaru, Port Chalmers, Lyttelton and Wellington, The vessel is due at Wellington on August 23 and is scheduled to clear that port on August: 26 for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow, via the Panama Canal. TAIROA’S OUTWARD CARGO. Newton King, Ltd., advises that the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Line vessel Tairoa, which is due at New Plymouth on August 8, will lift 13,000 freight carcases of meat, P 2,000 boxes of butter and 3200 crates of cheese.
