RUSSIAN BUTTER QUALITY
FAVOURABLE REPORT GIVEN. London, July 23. In the House of Commons the Rt. Hon. Arthur Greenwood, Minister of Health, said the Ministry had recently examined samples of Russian butter and had reported favourably on it. He had not inquired into the conditions of its production in Russia. 1
