WESTPORT MINING DISPUTE
TWO MINES DECIDE NOT TO WORK

Westport, Last Night.
Apparently Westport is not yet over its troubles, for word has been received from the mining townships that Millerton and Stockton have decided not to work, whilst Denniston and Westport Main have decided to do so. It was expected that all mines would be in operation on Monday, but this latest phase of the industrial trouble suggests that a resumption of work may be indefinitely deferred.
