SIBERIAN BUTTER BOYCOTT. 100,000 CASKS ACCUMULATE. : “The disturbing news in our cable to-day is that owing to the boycott of Siberian butter there is now bn accumulation of 100,000 casks, which is equal to 3250 tons of butter,” states Mr. H. M. Thomson, New Zealand representative of the Anglo-Continental Produce Co., Ltd. “This, together with the financial difficulties that Germany is experiencing, which all nations are endeavouring to overcome, has had the tendency of making forward buyers of both .butter and cheese very nervous. The prompt adjustment of these difficulties is anticipated, though we must recognise that the task is a gigantic one. “In spite of- the large arrivals during the past -ten days of 53,200 crates, tlie cheese market remains unchanged. Following is the quantity and the date of arrival of each steamer: Port Wellington, July 13, 13,100 crates; Norfolk, July 13, 0000 Crates; Raraiiga, July 14, '7600 crates; Rotorua, July 19, 17,800 crates; Taranaki, July 19, 5700 crates. During the next month the quantity of estimated arrivals is only 45,600 crates.
