SOVIET TRADE WITH GERMANY.
PRICE CONCESSIONS ON STEEL.

The Berliner Brosencourier, a paper which is usually well informed, has announced that by making price concessions the Soviet has reached an agreement with the German Steel Works Association, placing orders with German firms for rolling mill products worth £20,000,000, says the Berlin correspondent of the Times.
