RIGHT HAND RULE DRIVING. “People know they have a duty to give way to traffic on the right and they must do so,” said Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., in fining Edward A. Stevens £2, with costs 10s, at the Inglewood Court yesterday. Constable Dongbottom stated that Stevens was driving along the main road in the direction of Stratford and collided with a car coming down the Norfolk Road. Mr. Tate; When defendant came to a side road it was his business to look out for traffic on his right. Mr. C. Winfield stated defendant admitted an error of judgment. He was also not too well versed in the regulations and had thought the sounding of his horn was sufficient.
