PILOT MISJUDGES HEIGHT
WIGRAAI AERODROME ACCIDENT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. When landing in a DHSO at Wigram aerodrome this morning Flight-Lieuten-ant V. J. Somerset Thomas misjudged the height slightly and the under-car-riage of his machine struck a hedge. The machine turned over and the pilot was thrown out, sustaining a broken arm. The machine was damaged considerably.
