EIGHT CHARGES AGAINST HIM. CONTRACTION OF DEBTS ALLEGED, An indictable charge against a bank* •rupt was mentioned in the Police Court! at New Plymouth yesterday. It was alleged that James William Moore, dry-, cleaner, had on or about May 23, 1930, contracted a debt of £ll 19s. with P. F. Burrows, Ltd., printers, New Ply* mouth, without having a reasonable or probable expectation of being able to pay it and other debts. The information was laid by Mr. J. S. S..
