SCOUT TRAINING WORK
ACTIVITIES OF COMMISSIONER. The Dominion Commissioner for Scout training, Major W. F. Sandford, has been busy during the past week in the Canterbury district, visiting Rakaia, Ashburton, Geraldine, Little River, Akaroa, Amberley, Rangiora, Kaiapoi and Oxford. He will return to the North Island about May 8' and will attend the Toko camp of South Taranaki Scouts which will be held on Major Urquhart’s farm on Gordon Road. At the camp a course of training will be carried out on the lines of the new syllabus issued last yeai from Imperial Headquarters.
