DEFALCATIONS ADMITTED
INSURANCE AGENT JN COURT.

Charged with fraudulently failing to account for monies collected by him on behalf of.the Australian Mutual Provident Society, Harold Vernori Walsh, an insurance agent who appeared before Sir. H. A.. Young,. S.M., in the Timaru Magistrate’s Court to-day, admitted defalcations ariiountirig to £93 10s Od, and was committed to the Supreme Court at Christchurch for sentence. The money was appropriated on various dates between November 5, 1930, and February 7, 1931.
