MOTOR CRASHES SIXTY FEET
ONE OF THREE BROTHERS. KILLED.
TRAGIC SKID ON WAIKATO ROAD.

Hamilton,' Feb. 18.
Fatal injuries were sustained by James O’Connor, a farmer, aged 35, of Waharoa, when the car he was driving skidded in loose metal and left the road while passing o v er the Mamaku hills. The vehicle fell 60 feet and O’Connor sustained a broken thigh and arm. He was admitted to the Waikato hospital yesterday and succumbed to the injuries last evening. O’Connor was accompanied by three brothers, who escaped injury.
