BOWLING COMPETITIONS
RALEIGH CUP AT WAITARA. WORKS TEAM W’N BY POINT. The second match for the annual competition for the Raleigh Cup was played between rinks representing the town members of the Waitara Bowling Club against four rinks representing the freezing works on Thursday afternoon. In the first match played a few weeks ago the town members won by two points. On Thursday the freezing works won by a point after an exciting finish. The final has yet to be played. Details are:— F.
