The offerings at the wool sales today totalled 10,597 bales, of which 10,309 were sold. In addition 289 bales were sold privately. There was a very strong market and competition was spirited all round, especially on Continental and Japanese account. Full clearances were made. Greasy Merino made up to 27d.
