CHAMPIONSHIP CROQUET
THE TARANAKI TOURNAMENT.
SIR FRANCIS WEYMSS TO COMPETE
The Taranaki croquet tournament will commence at New Plymouth next Tuesday under-the management of Mrs. F. J. Morris, whose headquarters will be at the New Plymouth lawns.
The public in general, and croquet players in particular, will have an opportunity of seeing distinguished players in action for Sir Francis Colchester Weymss and Lady Weymss will be competitors in the tournament. Sir Francis, who is the president of the English Croquet Council, is one of the foremost authorities in th© world on matters pertaining to the game.
