In a message to Antipodean Scouts before his embarkation Lord Baden-Powell said: “I usually go where Scouts need help, but Australian and New Zealand Scouts and Guides are doing so well that I am merely out to enjoy seeing how the movement has grown since 1 was there 18 years ago. I will also see more of those splendid samples of boyhood who were here at the last jamboree. -
