TOKIO MUST PAY IN GOLD
DECISION OF FRENCH COURT. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received 10.30 p.m. Paris, Jan. 14. Reversing the decision of the Appeal Court the Court of Cassation to-day Jield that the city of Tokio must pay the capital and interest on £9,000,000 pre’war loan in gold. Tokio. has been paying interest in francs worth onefifth of the pre-war value.
