r ' ( The special attention of breeders of fat sheep and lambs is drawn to the killing classes in the Feilding show .schedule. This year the export classes have. been deleted and the local killing classes inserted in their place. This will mean that sheep and lambs will be • killed at the Feilding freezing works, and arrangements have been made to have the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board’s supervising grader to judge the carcases. Instead of waiting several months for the proceeds of their stock exhibitors will be paid almost immediately after the show. In addition to the prize-money there is a cup trophy to be won outright in these classes. Included in- the schedule for the show are classes for ring competitions, horses and ponies,;saddle horses and draughts, cattle, sheep, pigs, cookery and .1 eedlew.ork, and all sections include handsome trophies in addition to the prize money. Entries close to-day with the secretary, Box 98, Feilding. Vendors are reminded that entries for the Feilding ram fair, to be held on Thursday and Friday, February 5 and 6. close to-day with any firm oi the Manawatu Auctioneers’ Association or with the Secretary.
