MEN DECIDE TO RESUME
SETTLEMENT OF MEAT STRIKE. COURT’S ORDERS TO BE OBEYED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 8.30 p.m. Sydney, Dec. 5. A mass meeting of 1500? strikers belonging to the Meat Employees’ Union decided to resume work on Tuesday in accordance with the Industrial Commission’s direction. The commission ordered the employees to return to work on Tuesday on the terms of the original award, and all issues in the existing dispute will be determined by the commission at an early date. The employees'’ union was given till to-day to decide whether.it would have the men back at work on Tuesday, failing which the- commission would call upon the union to show-cause why the presfent award should not be rescinded and the union de-registered. '
