Rec. 11.35 p.m. London, Nov. 21. Reports of sensational counter-revolu-tionary happenings in Russia have reached several capitals. Berlin states .two battalions of the Red Army mutinied at Moscow owing to lack of food. The soldiers shot down the officers. The mutineers were over< come and the survivors'sent to gaol.
