The Medical Board of Inquiry has exonerated Dr. Chisholm Ross, leading Sydney alienist, of the infamous conduct alleged by a judge in a will case. The board found that the “charges were not proved to its satisfaction; therefore there was no ground for the removal of his. name from the register.” Dr. Ross was charged with being guilty of infamous conduct in a professional respect in that he made a grossly unreliable report on the mental condition of the late Mr. Gerald Massey.
