Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, Nov. 19. Reports from Berlin in connection with the engining flf future flying ships of the DO.X. type, and not the DO.X. itself, indicate that Dr. Dornier was in negotiation with th© makers of RollsRoyce engines while in England recently.
