KILLED IN LORRY CAPSIZE
CORONER NAMES MAN AS DRIVER. DENIAL IN COURT NO*T ACCEPTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisborne, Last Night. A lengthy inquest extending over- two days concerning the death of Thomas Martin Corcoran, aged 26, who was fatally injured by the capsize of a motorlorry at Makaraka on October 27, was concluded to-night. Corcoran was being given a ride in a power board lorry driven by an employee of the board named Eric Francis Mac Kay. In evidence Mac Kay denied he was driving at the time of the accident but the coroner found death resulted from a fracture of the skull and other injuries caused by the capsize of a motor-lorry which was driven by Erk. Francis Mac Kay.
