ASSISTANT CLERK SENTENCED THEFT OF £lBOO ADMITTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, Nov. 18. Robert Roy Heath, ex-assistant town clerk of Napier, was to-day sentenced to three, years’, reformative .detention for the theft of £lBOO of the borough’s money, to which he pleaded guilty.
