REPRESENTATIVE TENNIS
ARRANGEMENTS FOR MATCHES. The matter of inter-assoeiation matches was considered at a meeting of the executive of the Taranaki Lawn Tennis Association a,t New Plymouth last night. The Wpnganui association had applied for a match and the Taranaki association suggested playing the match at Wanganui during the first week in February. An application for a match was received from the Auckland association, to be held at New Plymouth, but in view of the holding-of the North Island championships at New Plymouth the matter was deferred in the meantime. Affiliation was granted the Huirangl club.
