SOUTH AFRICAN WAR GRAVES
REPORTED NEGLECT DENIED. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright Rec. 7 p.m. London, Nov. 17. A report that the graves of men who fell in the South African wars are neglected is denied by Lord Methune, president of the South African Veterans’ Association. He informed branches in Britain, Australia and New Zealand that Lord Athlone has notified him that larger cemeteries are well cared for and difficulty regarding scattered graves is being overcome.
