MEMORIAL TO EMPIRE DEAD
TABLET IN NOYON CATHEDRAL.
British Wireless. J • Rugby, Oct. 14. General Sir George MacDonogh, in tho presence of ecclesiastical, civil and military authorities, unveiled a tablet in the cathedral 'at Noy on to the 1,000,000 dead of the British Empire. This tablet, which was erected _ by the War Graves Commission, is similar to those greeted in other cathedrals in tho battle areas of France and Belgium and in Westminster Abbey.
