THE ARMS AMENDMENT BILL. By Telegraph.—Press Association. •’ Wellington, Last Night. The Arms Amendment Bill was reported in the Legislative Council from the House of Representatives. In committee on the Bill, the Leader of the Council, the Hon.-R. Masters, moved for the re-insertion of the provision cancelling the license of dealers convicted under the act. This was agreed to and the Bill was passed. The Canterbury Agricultural College Bill was passed after minor amendments had been made in respect to the constitution of the board. The Council rose at 3.20 p.m. until 2.30 p.m. to-morrow.
