NECESSITY FOR NEW BUILDING. The Central School Committee held iU monthly meeting in New Plymouth on Monday. Mr. F. A. Coleman presided. Sylvester at a cost of £l4 14s, the headmaster reported. Although it was 11 weeks since the school fire nothing definite had been heard regarding re-building. He asked, parents, the school committee and teachers to urge immediate action so. that school work might ba carried on under more congenial' conditions. At tile last social of the .Home and School Association Miss Dowling Jiad made an appeal for a ’cello and a supply of stands for the school orchestra.
