ARREST MADE AT NAPIER. - By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, Oct. I's. Robert Roy Heath, assistant town clerk at Napier, was arrested and charged with'the theft of £IU (is 2d. He was remanded to October 29. Bail of £2OO was allowed.
