BAZAAR TO ASSIST FUNDS. j LADIES COMMITTEE’S EFFORT. The weather was fai from conducive to a large attendance , during the day. In the evening,, however, there was a larger attendance and the : various stalls did brisk business. Other amusements, which. included a skittle alley, darts and a nail driving competition, vypre run by various members of fl?e men’s committee, of which Mr. W- Hawkins is secretary. Lasf evening a varied programme, organised by the men’s committee, was presented and was enjoyed fay all. Items were contributed by Miss J. Knightbridge, recitation; Miss AV. Mills, Mr. G. Gibspn and Miss A. White, songs; Bandsman Lee, tpopibone solo; jlr. F°x, cornet solo. Wills’ orchestra also rendered items.
