ENGLISH MASSES NOT WON
ORDERS BY INTERNATIONAL BODIES FOR DESTRUCTION LABOUR AND BOY SCOUTS By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 5.5 p.m. London, Sept. 27. With the admissjon that Communism has thud far failed to attract the British masses the Communist International has ordered the British Communist Party to begin a new energetic campaign introducing new methods, including 0 the immediate opening of nine Communist schools in England for training district leaders, also special courses in all the populous centres, states the Riga correspondent of the Times. The Labour Government and the Labour Party, it is stressed, must be among the chief objects of attack. All nonCommunist organisations, including the Boy Scouts, must be destroyed.
