HURFORD ROAD NEWS
Despite very unfavourable weather there was a large attendance at a dance held in the Hurford Road hall on Thursday evening. The music was supplied by" Mrs. M. Reynolds and the J masters of ceremonies were Messrs. V. Loveridge and F. Treweek. Progressive euchre was held for non-dancers, the winners being Mrs. J. Lynch and Mr. M. Reynolds with Bi/ 2 games each. Production at the local factory is several boxes ahead of that at this ,imo last year. ’
