INCURRED DEBT BY FRAUD

CHINESE SENT TO PRISON. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Sept. 26. A married Chinese, Low Mee With, aged 29, was sent to gaol, for a month for incurring four debts totalling £ll 13s by fraud. He represented to grocers that he possessed a market garden and truck. Although another Chinese offered to make restitution and give accused a job, the magistrate, Mr. Hunt, took a serious view of the frauds.
