PASSING OF THE BANK BILL. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. When the House of Representatives met to-day the London and New Zealand Bank Limited Amendment Bill (Mr. A. Samuel)'was read a third time and passed. The Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates was granted one day’s leave of absence on account of urgent public business, and Mr. J. Bitchener was granted four days’ leave on account of a death in his family. , The - National Art Gallery and Dominion Museum Bill was reported from the Lands Committee with amendments.
