MAN WITH HIS THROAT CUT
LONG WALK FOR ASSISTANCE. By Telegraph.*—Press Association - Feilding, Sept. 25. With his throat and wrist cut Norman Wheeler- walked about a-quarter of a mile from his house late last night, evidently looking for assistance. The knife used, had missed the arteries in each place, though the larynx was cut through and Wheeler could not speak. He was removed to hospital in a serious condition. He is married, but lives apart from his wife
