ALLEGED THEFT BY CLERK
ELLIS RETURNED EROM PERTH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Nelson, Sept. 24. Gilbert Owen Ellis, formerly clerk to the Collingwood County Council, who was brqught back from Perth, was charged this morning with the theft of £lO. the property of the county council, and was remanded for a week. Other charges are pending.
